It’s always safest to have your child riding in the back seat of your car. Under Florida law, there is no age limit that a child must be to ride in the front seat, however, if the child is three years or under they must be in an approved child seat. If they are four or five years of age, they must be in a seat that allows them to be properly secured by a seat belt based on their height and size.
