Richard M. Treiser, Esq



Richard M. Treiser, Esq. is a founding partner of Treiser Collins, Attorneys at Law and heads the firm's Auto Accident Attorneys of Naples, Florida, personal injury practice group. Mr. Treiser has been practicing in Collier County, Florida since 1981.

Mr. Treiser graduated in 1975 from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, and a Political Science Major. In 1978 he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts.

Mr. Treiser has been in private practice since 1981. Before that Mr. Treiser was Deputy Municipal Attorney in Ketchikan, Alaska from 1979 to 1981, and Law Clerk to the Magistrate Superior Court in Ketchikan, Alaska from 1978 to 1979.

Mr. Treiser is a member of the Collier County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Mr. Treiser has been involved in professional activities such as The Florida Bar Fee Arbitration Program and the 20th Circuit Arbitrator and Chair Thomas Biggs Inns of Court. He was also a Member of the Collier County Bar Association Mock Trial Judge, and a member of the Collier County Bar Association Legal Aid Committee.

Mr. Treiser enjoys participating in several civic and community organizations and activities such as; being a member of the Temple Shalom of Naples; serving as Trustee and President of the Optimist Club; being Member of the Rotary Club Group Study Exchange to the Philippines; Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts Leader; participating in the March of Dimes as a volunteer; being member of the American Cancer Society Board; serving as Founder and President and also as mentor of Big Brothers/Big Sisters; serving as President of POLO Club of Naples; and serving as Coach and President of the Youth Soccer League.

Mr. Treiser has also authored the following articles and publications: "Art Fraud: A Primer on How to Avoid Becoming a Victim. The Buyers Perspective" and "What Remedies are Available to Buyers Under Florida Law When Sellers of Real Property Make Material Misrepresentations or Conceal Defects."

For all of his contributions, Mr. Treiser has received the following awards, recognition or appointments: Collier County Legal Secretaries Association Boss of the Year; Outstanding Young Men of America; and Who's Who in American Law.

Mary Colina-Fowler is an associate with Auto Accident Attorneys of Naples, Florida where she practices in the area of personal injury from the investigation and information gathering stages all the way through settlement negotiations; and if necessary pre-suit strategy, case filing, and trial. Mary was born and raised in Cuba where she studied Education at the University of Cienfuegos. She moved to New Brunswick, Canada in 1997. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a double major in HR Management and Marketing from the University of New Brunswick in 2008. That same year, Mary moved to Naples with her husband and two children. She continued her studies at Ave Maria School of Law from where she earned a Juris Doctor cum laude in 2015. While in law school, Mary interned with Guardian ad Litem Attorneys, the Staff Attorney’s Office, and was a Certified Legal Intern with the State Attorney’s Office. Mary worked for two years with her school as a tutor with the Research, Writing and Advocacy Department. She also volunteered with the school’s Immigration and Human Trafficking Clinic, and was a member of the Ave Maria School of Law’s Moot Court Board where she served as editor of the Moot Court Board’s publication “The Gavel.” Prior to deciding to attend law school Ms. Colina-Fowler was a Mathematics teacher at Gulfview Middle School in Naples, Florida. Ms. Colina-Fowler has resided in Naples, Florida with her husband and two children since 2008. In her spare time, she is an avid reader and a supporter of animal rescue efforts, enjoys running, working out, and going to the beach.


Certified Paralegal


Diane is a paralegal in our Personal Injury group. Working under the direction of attorney Richard M. Treiser since 1993, she has had ample experience in the area of personal injury and wrongful death, as well as in commercial and real estate litigation with particular emphasis on creditors' rights in secured and unsecured debt collection and judgment enforcement; art-related litigation, commercial landlord/tenant matters, mortgage foreclosures, business/commercial litigation and divorce matters.
Diane has over 28 years of legal experience. Originally from Wisconsin, Diane came to Naples in 1988 and is currently a member of the Collier County Bar Association, Collier County Women's Bar Association (CCWBA), Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. (PAF); Southwest Florida Chapter Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. (PAF-SWFLA) in which she served as Vice President for 2007-2008 term; past member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), Gulfcoast Chapter Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. (GCPAF) where she served as First Vice President in 2005-2006; Collier County Law Education Advisory Committee (LREA); National Association of Legal Secretaries (NALS); Florida Association of Legal Support Specialists (FALSS); Collier County Legal Secretaries Association (CCLAS) where she served as Secretary, Collier Legal Support Professionals (CLSP) where she served as Secretary for four years and Vice President for one year. Diane was the first recipient of the Collier County Legal Secretaries Association "Secretary of the Year" Award for 1996-1997. In 1997 she received the professional designation of Certified PLS, and in 2004 received the credentials of CP (Certified Paralegal); and in 2008 became a Florida Registered Paralegal. Diane has been a volunteer with The Special Olympics, the Naples Community Hospital and the Guadalupe Center of Immokalee. Diane is a Reiki master. She is married to Tim, has three grown children, loves crafts of all types; and enjoys walking and caring for her family’s German Shepherd and Yorkshire terrier.
Diane handles assists attorney Rich Treiser in drafting legal documents, scheduling meetings and if necessary court appearances and depositions, and facilitating communication with clients.


Paralegal Assistant


Gabriella (or Gabby – as she is called by the group), a native of New York, moved to Naples with her parents when she was 14 years old. In Naples she attended Lorenzo Walker Technical College where she graduated from the Legal Administrative Specialist program while also being certified as proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint. She is currently enrolled in Paralegal studies at Hodges University. Gabby plans to graduate from Hodges University with an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, and hopefully obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Legal Studies in the future. Gabby joined Auto Accident Attorneys of Naples, Florida in 2015. She provides legal assistant support for the group’s attorneys and paralegal and her responsibilities include scheduling client meetings, facilitating client communication (in Spanish and English), and communicating with medical providers. In her free time Gabby indulges in her self-confessed addiction to Netflix, and enjoys going to Zumba from time to time.


Paralegal Assistant


Ari is the most recent addition to the Auto Accident Attorneys team. Ari’s background in the retail and customer service industry honed her administrative and customer service skills while her interest in the law motivated her to join the group in 2016 while completing the Legal Administration Specialist Program at Lorenzo Walker Technical College. Ari is fluently bilingual (Spanish and English) and has earned certifications in the areas of Microsoft Word , Power Point, and Excel. Ari provides legal assistant support for the group and her responsibilities include facilitating client communication, scheduling appointments and client meetings, and assisting with the maintenance of the group’s database and programs. In her free time, Ari enjoys reading about astrology and conspiracy theories.
